University of Aveiro

is professor and researcher at the Dep. of Communication and Art, University of Aveiro – DigiMedia Research Centre. She holds an European Ph.D. in Information and Communication in Digital Platforms at the University of Aveiro and University of Porto, a Master in Multimedia Communication and degree in New Technologies of Communication, both at UA. Her interests are digital games, gaming disorders, transmedia storytelling, human-computer interaction, computer-mediated communication, eHealth, media psychology, digital sculpting and animation, and crisis communication.
