is a Full Professor in the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology, and Philosophy at the University of Cagliari, Italy. He holds a PhD in Languages, Cultures, and Information and Communication Technologies from the University of Genoa. He serves as Vice President of the Italian Society for Learning and Education Informed by Evidence (S.Ap.I.E.). His primary research interests include evidence-based education, methodologies for research synthesis in education, educational technology, and teacher training.
