holds a degree in primary education (specializing in music education) from the University of Cordoba (Spain), has a degree in piano teaching (Conservatory of Music of Cordoba) and completed studies in harmony, counterpoint and fugue (Conservatory of Seville). He has completed his master’s degree in educational technology, obtaining the extraordinary prize at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili, and is currently a doctoral student at the same university. For more than 20 years he has been working as a primary school teacher, where he is also an official teacher trainer in different provinces. He has been part of management teams for a decade, as well as numerous groups and innovation projects. He has several awards for his work, highlighting the national “Giner de los Ríos” for the improvement of educational quality, the national “Artespacios” (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid), or the regional award for educational excellence. Although he has published several books and albums mainly about music, he is currently focused on the research of learning environments.
