Ph.D. in Applied Sciences with a specialization in Mathematical Engineering from the University of Concepción (Chile) and a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. A researcher in mathematical modeling and systems development, he completed a research fellowship at the Institute of Mathematics A at the University of Stuttgart (Germany). He has held prominent academic leadership roles, including Academic Vice Chancellor and Dean at the National University Pedro Ruiz Gallo.
