got her graduation in New Communication Technologies (2008) and her Master’s degree in Multimedia Communication (Interactive Multimedia field) (2010), both by the University of Aveiro, Portugal. She got her PhD in Information and Communication in Digital Platforms (2014) by the University of Aveiro and University of Porto. After finishing her PhD, she worked on various projects as researcher. From 2016 to 2018 she conducted her Post-Doctoral research. Currently she is a PhD Researcher at Department of Communication and Art (University of Aveiro) and teaches some subjects in undergraduate courses. As a member of the DigiMedia research centre her investigation interests are related to web accessibility and usability and the design and development of interactive television services adjusted to users with special needs, namely visually impaired persons.
