holds a Master’s Degree in Technologies and Methods for Experience Design and a Master’s in Corporate Communication from the University of Siena (Italy). She is currently a Ph.D. student in Design for Made in Italy at the University of Siena and the University of Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli” (Italy). She carries out her research activities at the Santa Chiara Fab Lab, the digital fabrication laboratory of the University of Siena. Her work focuses on projects developing embodied conversational agents (ECAs) through conversational design and intent-based artificial intelligence technologies to enhance people’s well-being. Her main research interests include Experience Design, Conversational Design and the ethical and legal implications related to the design and use of virtual agents.
